We appoint top calibre site managers and implement both internal and external stakeholder management tools to ensure clear and timely communication throughout every project.
For each project, we create an online Client Portal within our website for which the Client receives a password for access to confidential project information. The Client Portal provides weekly status updates, spend analysis, ongoing site photographs and videos, build schedule and progress, and any commentary relating to the project generally. This allows Clients to stay updated remotely and on a live basis.
Our dedicated Customer Care and Maintenance teams are available to assist during the property rectification / snagging period and deal with any issues that may arise. On completion of the project a comprehensive property manual is provided, containing everything needed for efficient and effortless management including operating manuals, warranties and certificates. Our in-house Quantity Surveying team uses advanced software coupled with proprietary knowledge gained through delivering extensive projects since 1985, to accurately estimate in great detail the labour and materials required to complete your proposed works. This information is then fed to our analysts who undertake detailed market surveys and valuation exercises through collaboration with chartered surveyors, buyer groups, and our established network of retail and institutional investors to establish the feasibility of a proposed project along with forecasting cash flow requirements, exit opportunities and investment return metrics.
